I couldn't believe how fun it was to pick out a pair of glasses. Every staff member i interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and each had their very own fun personality. The eye doctor was just as funny as can be - and everyone there was so excited about what they were selling. I loved my glasses so much, I went back for a 2nd pair. Then brough my sister there a couple weeks later and she also paid for 2 pairs of glasses on the spot. We both have gotten so many compliments on our eyeware - we will never go anywhere else!

They changed there hours to 10am to 7:00pm when they were open till 9pm. Very poor service, I had to wait an additional 1.5 weeks due to the glasses "Failing" quality control. They send all of there glasses to an outside lab and have no control over there own quality of the lenses. I have had the glasses now 2 weeks and I have micro scratches over both lenses. I have followed the recommended cleaning, by using there cleaning cloth. Very slow to respond with any problems. For the price you will spend on there frames and lenses, you are better going somewhere else who cares about quality and reputation.

I LOVE this eyeglass store -- and who thought anyone could say that??? If you want something more stylish than the mall-based "vision centers" and always wondered where people get cool looking glasses - this is the place! The service is excellent - they learned my names and the names of my kids and when we go back to get adjustments or whatever, they always remember us! I have been to family doctor practices for years who never gave us service like this. They rock across the board -- and I don't care if they are a little pricey because they treat me like a customer (remember those days?!) and the frames are awesome.

I went to Eyedeals last weekend and was seriously blown away by how much I actually enjoyed finding a new frame. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun-- and best of all, low pressure. Other places I've shopped in Uptown can be a little pushy, but not here. It's a great experience, and you'll be sure to find a great frame at resonable prices. I'll be back here again for sure.

It has been almost a month and my wife is still waiting for them to get things right. They forgot to order her clip-on sunglasses. They don't call back when they say they will. When we finally go the clip-ons the lenses on the glasses were scratched. Then they got the prescription wrong on the replacement lenses.

They are totally incompetent, and when you consider the prices they charge it is totally inexcusable!
