The cab driver took me to a gas station to get cash out to pay the fair. The cash machine was out of service, and the driver refused to take me to another location. He told me my only choice was to let him run my credit card. He had to estimate what the charges would be for the rest of the way to my location, despite my objections. Then I checked my bank account and saw that he had double charged me. These were not pending charges, but actual charges to my account. When I called in to have them reversed, management was very rude and treated me like it was my fault. NEVER, will I use this taxi service again!

I left my phone in the cab tonight and not 5 minutes later we called back and the dispatcher was extremely rude to us and when we offered to pay the driver to come back so we could look they told us they would send him to our dropoff location. We waited for over a half hour and he never showed and when we called back to see where he was the dispatcher simply told us that he has no control over where the driver goes and told us to call manangement on monday. Again, the dispatchers were extremely rude to us and now I'm sure I won't get my phone back. We were even going to use the cab again when he came back so we could look to get to another location.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!

I practically have red and white on my speed dial. Getting a cab from them is fast, quick, and super easy. I always call and they will give two courtesy calls, one when your order is received and your cab is on the way, and one when it's right there. I live off Lake and Nicollet and maybe because it's a frequent cab area, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for one, and sometimes I feel bad cause I'm not ready. but they always wait. I HIGHLY recommend this service.

The cab simply didn't show up. Do I need to say more? So obviously, I did not reach my destination that day. In addition, the phone operator was kind of rude.

Terrible Drivers, drives dangerously close to you (tailgate), and makes illegal passes. They also tend to drive all over the road.
The drivers just do not seem to care about other drivers and do not follow the rules.
