NEVER AGAIN!

We decided to finish our basement and add a full bar/kitchen. We dropped into WS to see what they had to offer. The showroom was very nice and the selection was great. So... we placed an order for over $10,000 in appliances. Delivery promised, in writing, August 22. ----------------------- Aug 22 came and went, no delivery. I called the sales rep to find out what the issue was, he had someone call me back to schedule delivery. We had a plumber on site for the prescribed date. He sat around (on the clock), but no delivery. We rescheduled and some of the appliances were dropped off. SOME of the appliances!! ----------------------- I called to find out where the balance of the order was. Much to my surprise, the sales rep could not verify that he had placed the order for the balance of the equipment. After many calls, some of them left un-responded to, I called the store manager. That was almost a month ago... --------------------- So after 2 months and an additional $328.34 in unexpected expenses, for miscelaneous parts that were missed, even after several conversations, we have a new delivery date of Thursday, Oct 25th. I will not be holding my breath. ------------------ Their web site says... "we're working hard to earn your business". Huh?? --------------- I will NEVER spend another nickle with Warner's Stellian! ----------------- Good Luck! ****** Pros: nice showroom, great selection ****** Cons: BAD cust service, MISSED deliveries, POOR communication, NO follow-up
