Great place, great staff! by Ann S. at InsiderPages

I love the Bead Monkey! They have a huge and wonderful selection of different kinds of beads, stones, and other beading products. They're reasonably priced for what you get. The staff members are really helpful. They're great with suggestions and answering questions. They also have some good classes at every ability levels. If you're into beading, I would very highly recommend them.

Nice Large Bead Selection, Arrogant Rude Staff

I recently went to the Bead Monkey looking for ideas to help make a bracelet. I found there selection to be amazing...so many choices. I was very happy with the assortment of choices. I wasn't exactly sure what I was trying to put together so I asked for suggestions from the staff. I found them to be helpful at a minimum but extremely rude and arrogant.
